Refund policy

The OMDGear store utilizes an on-demand print platform that custom prints each order and drop-ships products from a central location; or, from a variety of vendors located worldwide. Because of this, custom items can not be returned, so it is imperative that you consider sizing and design carefully before placing your order. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence submitted to giftshop@nomadic.aero.
